Why stop at just plain snickerdoodles friends, when you can do this?! Our Vanilla Bean Sugar Cookie mix makes these cookies a breeze! The cereal tends to get soft over time, so I recommend eating these the day you bake them.
1 Vanilla Bean Sugar Cookie Mix
3/4 c. softened butter, salted
2 oz. cream cheese, Philadelphia brand preferred
1 large egg
1 c. chopped Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal (you want bigger and smaller pieces)
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Add 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon to flour portion of cookie mix and prepare according to package directions.
Remove and set aside bigger pieces of chopped Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal to top dough balls later on.
Stir the remaining Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal into dough.
In small bowl, combine 1/2 c. sugar and 1 tsp ground cinnamon. Roll each dough ball into cinnamon and sugar mixture.
Top each dough ball with 4 or 5 pieces of cereal that you had set aside. Bake according to package directions.
