Sweet Halloween Pizza

This Halloween Pizza is so fun to make! It's pretty sweet, but that's what Halloween is all about, right?! You can easily prepare this from our Fluffernutter, or Spooky Peanut Butter Halloween Cookie Mixes. Any type of candy or drizzle would work great here. We used melted chocolate chips and melted peanut butter chips (whisked with a little milk) to drizzle on ours, but caramel would also be wonderful. M&M's, Candy Corn, Toffee Bits, etc, the sky is the limit! This is also a great activity for the kids, or a fun dessert to take to a party!
Ingredients:
1 Spooky PB Mix or Fluffernutter Mix
1/2 c. salted butter, softened
1 large egg
Whatever you would like to add for toppings and drizzle!
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare peanut butter cookie dough according to directions on package. On a parchment lined round baking sheet or stoneware, press dough into a 9" circle.

Bake for 13 minutes and remove from oven. Top with marshmallows. Return to oven for another 3-4 minutes. You are looking for cracks along the edges and middle. The edges will look lightly browned and the marshmallows with look puffed.

Remove from oven and sprinkle on peanut butter or chocolate chips if using. I like to do this when the cookie is hot so they melt a little and "stick" to the top.
When pizza is cooled, add on other toppings. Drizzle with caramel, melted chocolate chips (chocolate sauce/syrup not recommended), melted peanut chips + a little milk, or melted peanut butter. I like to add to a sandwich sized ziploc bag and clip the corner, then drizzle. Serve at room temperature. Best if eaten same day you prepare.
